connection is always a challenge and takes minutes, and often android auto automatically connects and breaks this connection. Google no longer allows you to turn off Android Auto Auto connect. The PxLink app is mostly useless. The thing I would want is to be able to select which preset I want from FM1/2/3 to be displayed so I can easily jump between them. I would like to be able to label those presets as well. Can't easily change radio while using AA maps.

I'm unable to connect to the receiver with WiFi. Both Bluetooth connections are successful, but when I try to connect it to WiFi, it starts to, displays a text box on the receiver briefly (which disappears after 3 or 4 seconds), and then the app closes on my Android phone. I've tried uninstalling, rebooting my phone, deleting Bluetooth and WiFi settings etc. I just can't get it to connect to WiFi no matter what I try

The first time you connect PxLink to a receiver, you will need to turn off Android Auto. Instructions on how to turn off Android Auto are available on the following web help site: https://jpn.pioneer/ja/app/pxlink/help/en/#Section2-6

Notification Spam and No Value. When I turn my truck off and sit on the couch like now I just get spammed non-stop with PX Link Notification "Disconnected." I clear it and pops back up instantly. Incredibly annoying. The app also provides no actual value, I have no idea what this does that you can't commonly easily do through the head unit settings quickly. Ready to disable.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have not confirmed any cases of "Disconnected." notifications being received frequently, but this can be temporarily avoided by turning off PxLink's "Foreground Notification" in your Android notification settings.
